Job summary

Fooda is seeking a Program Manager to lead the success of its largest clients across Tulsa locations. You will own day-to-day operations, strengthen client relationships, and drive account growth with a data-driven approach.

The role requires onsite presence in Tulsa, OK Monday–Friday, coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering strategic insights to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in account management, operations, or multi-location client support.
• Experience in service, hospitality, or tech-enabled environments is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and data-driven decision skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance of your portfolio of locations.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client needs and ensure high satisfaction.
• Coordinate quarterly business reviews with stakeholders to align goals.
• Analyze usage metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Identify and coordinate upsell and expansion opportunities within the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales, Restaurant Partnerships, and Market Operations.
• Manage onsite staff hiring, training, and day-to-day oversight.
• Develop scalable processes and monitor account-level financial health.
