Job summary

Fooda is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead flagship client partnerships, overseeing day-to-day operations and location performance across a portfolio.

The role blends client relationship management, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, with an emphasis on growth opportunities and strategic insights. Onsite presence in Burlington, TX is required, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in account management, operations, or multi-location client support.
• Proactive relationship builder who adds strategic value.
• Highly data-driven with ability to pull insights from usage reports and dashboards.
• Organized and able to manage multiple locations, priorities and timelines.
• Experience hiring, training, and managing staff with a leadership style that is clear and accountable.
• Strong communicator who coordinates stakeholders and guides teams through change.
• Comfortable with Excel and internal tools to solve problems and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance of your portfolio of locations.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client needs, ensuring proactive communication and high satisfaction.
• Coordinate, prepare, and organize Quarterly Business Reviews with stakeholders to align goals and insights.
• Analyze and track key metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities; present strategic recommendations.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within the client’s portfolio.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Restaurant Partnerships, and Market Operations to exceed expectations.
• Manage hiring, training, and day-to-day oversight of onsite support staff at portfolio locations.
• Develop and improve scalable processes while achieving operational success.
• Monitor account financial health, receivables and payables, and resolve issues promptly.
• Available to work ONSITE daily, Monday–Friday.
