Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years leading complex cross-functional programs end to end.
• Act as connective tissue between technical and commercial teams.
• Able to assess customer impact without engineering explanations every time.
• Operates without formal authority yet drives teams to deadlines.
• Builds repeatable processes and playbooks to outlive tenure.

Responsibilities

• Own the plan, sequence, cadence, deadlines and outcomes for programs with hard cutoffs and revenue impact.
• Serve as the GTM to Product & Engineering interface, enabling teams and stakeholders early.
• Coordinate cross-functional kickoffs and maintain program momentum through disciplined cadence.
• Design customer/partner communications as a single coordinated channel and gather early feedback.
• Track progress, manage escalations end to end, and report risks to senior leadership.
