Job summary

Greenhouse is seeking a Program Manager, Product + GTM Enablement to scale enablement programs for Sales and Customer Success teams. Lead curriculum design, launch planning, and measurement, turning product releases into repeatable training and job aids.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in enablement, program/project management, sales enablement, or a related GTM operations role in tech.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of running multiple launches or programs at once.
Instructional design experience; direct GTM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain product curriculum: eLearning, live sessions, job aids, playbooks, and FAQs for product launches and ongoing releases.
Own launch execution for GTM initiatives: timelines, session logistics, communications, invites, and follow-ups.
Maintain the systems that support enablement: tracking, reporting, scorecards, and AI knowledge agents, including turning the outputs into insights for stakeholders.
Partner on measurement: completion, sentiment, and behavior-change signals to demonstrate enablement impact.
Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require.
