Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. seeks a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement for a portfolio of strategic contracts. The role emphasizes building trust, ensuring delivery health, and coordinating with contract and finance teams while guiding surge CLINs and negotiations with subcontractors.

You will oversee large, multi-project programs, scale agile teams, and work within a remote-first environment with travel to client sites and government partners as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience overseeing delivery outcomes and client relationships for large projects.
• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs.
• Experience working with state government agencies and government contracting.
• Willingness to travel to Richmond, VA by air or rail.
• Proven ability to lead agile development teams at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and client engagement on strategic contracts.
• Proactively detect risks and resolve issues across delivery teams.
• Manage contracts, milestones, and financials with the finance team.
• Set and uphold standards for delivery excellence and client service.
• Scale efforts through a team of project managers and delivery leads.
• Collaborate across projects to anticipate and solve cross-portfolio issues.
