Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement across strategic contracts. The role focuses on trust-building with government partners, staffing, contract management, and ensuring delivery excellence in large-scale programs.

You will oversee agile teams, manage milestones and dependencies, and coordinate with finance on contract modifications. US-based work authorization is required, with east-coast hours and travel to Richmond, VA as needed.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in managing large, multi-year government contracts.
• 10+ years delivering complex programs and engaging with clients.
• Experience leading agile development teams at scale.

Responsibilities

• Proactively detect risks and coordinate with delivery teams and stakeholders to resolve them.
• Grow programs through new opportunities, CLINs, and negotiations with subcontractors.
• Collaborate across projects to pre-empt problems and drive delivery excellence.
• Build delivery environments based on mutual trust with government partners.
• Scale efforts by leading a team of project managers and delivery leads.
• Manage contracts and finances in coordination with the finance team.
