Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement for strategic government contracts. The role requires experience with custom software or cloud infrastructure programs, leading large agile teams, and strong client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs.
• Experience working with state government agencies and government contracting.
• Leadership of large agile teams and complex projects.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence usage.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel to Richmond, VA by air or train.
• Ability to align with East Coast hours.
• Possibility of government background checks or security clearance.
• Experience with Paid Family Leave Benefits programs.
• Proven track record of leading 50+ staff in agile tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Proactively detect risks and work with delivery team and stakeholders to resolve them.
• Manage contracts and finances within your portfolio with the finance team.
• Identify opportunities and grow the program with CLINs, option years, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Collaborate across projects to anticipate and solve cross-team delivery issues.
• Scale delivery through PMs and other delivery leads.
• Set and uphold standards for delivery excellence and client service.
• Apply Nava policies at the program level.
• Maintain broad situational awareness beyond the immediate team.
