Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to transform Last Mile Fleet Operations with strategic leadership and innovative solutions. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, oversee safety and efficiency improvements, and partner with Operations leaders, DSPs, and engineering to optimize regional delivery networks.

The role requires 5+ years in program management, data-driven decision making, and strong communication with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree (required).
• Master's degree or MBA in related fields (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle of complex cross-functional projects and programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations.
• Understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, and leadership decisions behind priorities.
• Partner with customers, internal/external teams, and engineering to set project priorities.
• Identify and close gaps between teams, processes, and systems to reduce exposure to failure modes.
• Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs.
• Measure and manage performance to daily metrics as SME for multiple Delivery Station Fleets.
• Collaborate with Amazon Operations leaders, DSPs, and program teams to allocate resources.
• Coordinate with third-party companies to ensure best-in-class service.
