Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead transformative improvements in vehicle safety and fleet performance across the Lakes/Midwest regional network. You will drive cross-functional programs, partner with operations, DSPs, and engineering to prioritize initiatives and deliver measurable results.

This role requires 40-70% travel, permanent regional work site, and a background in program management with data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Lead full life-cycle of cross-functional programs with significant organizational impact.
Analyze business problems, automation limits, and scaling factors to inform decisions.
Partner with customers, internal/external teams, and engineering to set priorities.
Close gaps between teams, processes, and systems to reduce third-party failure risks.
Develop and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs.
Monitor performance to daily metrics as SME for multiple Delivery Station Fleets.
Coordinate resources with Amazon Operations, DSPs, and program teams.
Align with third-party partners to ensure best-in-class service.
