Job summary

Amazon's DSP Compliance & Experience team is seeking a high‑judgment Sr. Program Manager to lead Fleet Accountability, establishing scalable mechanisms to keep DSPs safe and compliant across a global last‑mile network.

You will collaborate with safety, fleet, operations, and technology teams to diagnose defects, build preventive controls, and implement enforcement plans while reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose fleet defects end‑to‑end from driver signals to identify root causes.
• Build preventive system controls with real‑time alerts and guardrails.
• Own fleet enforcement mechanisms and launch Monitoring and Enforcement Plans (MEPs).
• Define safety coverage standards across vehicle types and regions.
• Create detection and remediation systems to identify risks and drive action.
• Prepare leadership narratives and align priorities with cross‑functional teams.
