Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for Fleet Accountability, DSP Compliance & Experience in New York. You will lead cross-functional efforts to establish scalable controls, monitor safety standards, and drive improvements across our DSP last‑mile network.

Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Diagnose Fleet Defects End-to-End: identify root causes from driver reports and safety signals.
Build Preventive System Controls with real-time alerts and automated triggers.
Own Fleet Enforcement Mechanisms: support launch of Monitoring and Enforcement Plans (MEPs).
Establish Safety Coverage Standards across vehicle types, regions, and programs.
Create Detection and Remediation Systems to identify risks and drive DSP action.
Drive Leadership Alignment with Directors and VP-level reviews and prioritization.
