Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead Fleet Accountability for safe and compliant delivery vehicles worldwide. You will drive scalable mechanisms, partner with safety, ops, and tech teams, and own the enforcement and remediation lifecycle.

You will work with cross-functional partners to build real-time alerts, preventive controls, and governance for fleet safety, ensuring high standards and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose Fleet Defects End-to-End: identify root causes from driver-reported defects and signals.
• Build Preventive System Controls: implement proactive mechanisms with real-time alerts and guardrails.
• Own Fleet Enforcement Mechanisms: scale Monitoring and Enforcement Plans for priority areas.
• Establish Safety Coverage Standards: define vehicle-condition standards across regions.
• Create Detection and Remediation Systems: design signals to identify safety risks and remediation paths.
• Drive Leadership Alignment: present prioritization to Directors and VPs.
