Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive improvements in regional fleet operations with a focus on safety and efficiency across our delivery network. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, partner with engineering and operations, and deliver data-driven improvements that raise performance and safety standards.

Travel for this role is approximately 40-70%. The position supports Lakes/Midwest regions in the United States with the permanent work site in that region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle of complex cross-functional projects with considerable impact across multiple organizations.
• Understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions and reasons behind leadership decisions.
• Partner with customers, internal/external teams, and engineering to determine project priorities.
• Oversee gaps between teams, processes and systems to reduce exposure to failure modes from third-party solutions.
• Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs.
• Measure and manage performance to daily metrics as SME for multiple Delivery Station Fleets.
