Maximus seeks a Sr. Manager to lead federal contact center programs under the gXCC initiative.

The role is fully remote and contingent on contract award; candidates must pass a federal background check. The position directs cross-functional teams, drives high-value initiatives, and ensures contractual requirements, KPIs, schedules, and budgets are met while maintaining strong relationships with Government stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of related experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a security clearance.
• Experience managing complex programs, budgets, staffing, and resources.
• Experience with Federal Government contracts, governance and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver multiple projects with high value and risk.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver to specifications, on time and within budget.
• Develop program management plans, governance, escalation procedures and risk management.
• Establish relationships with Government customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels, and performance data; implement corrective actions.
