Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 7+ years of professional experience preferred
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a security clearance
• Experience managing complex federal contracts, programs, budgets, staffing, and governance

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and programs with high value and risk.
• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure delivery on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee staffing, risk management, and issue resolution across programs.
• Maintain relationships with Government stakeholders and ensure compliance with contracts and KPIs.
