Maximus is seeking a Sr. Manager to provide leadership for federal contact center programs, ensuring contractual requirements, customer satisfaction, KPIs, schedules, staffing and budgets are met while maintaining strong government relationships.

This fully remote role is contingent upon contract award and a successful federal background check. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive risk management, and oversee omnichannel contact center operations across phone, email, chat and other

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a security clearance.
• Experience managing complex programs, projects, budgets, staffing, and administrative resources.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities, deliverables, Risks, and dependencies.
• Experience monitoring KPIs, SLAs, operational performance, budgets, staffing, schedules, and program deliverables.
