Maximus is seeking a Sr. Manager to provide leadership for assigned federal contact center programs within the GSA gXCC program. You will ensure contractual requirements, KPIs, schedules, staffing, and budgets are met while maintaining strong government stakeholder relationships.

The role leads cross-functional teams on complex, high-value initiatives and proactively manages risks. This is a fully remote position contingent on contract award and the ability to pass a federal background check.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a security clearance.
