Maximus is seeking a Sr. Manager to lead federal contact center programs, ensuring contractual requirements, KPIs, schedules, staffing, and outcomes meet government expectations. This remote role requires the ability to pass a federal background check and meet home office requirements.

Role includes directing cross-functional teams, overseeing complex programs, and driving continuous improvement while coordinating with government stakeholders and contracting officers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of experience.
• US citizenship and ability to pass security clearance
• Experience managing complex programs and cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to manage budgets, staffing, schedules, and deliverables
• Experience with Federal Government contracts or programs
