Job summary

Credence is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the AFLCMC/WAM directorate, F-16 division, at WPAFB, OH. You will coordinate risk, cost, schedule, and performance across software development efforts, report progress to executive leadership, and engage with Government and Contractor stakeholders.

The role requires strong program management and strategic planning skills, with experience in DoD acquisitions and multi-base operations.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Top Secret required.
• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a related field with at least 10 years of experience; or Bachelor’s with 12 years; or 15 years with proper DoD experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in risk management, cost, schedule, and performance of various software development efforts in a program management role, and report monthly via PMRT.
• Assist to interpret, organize, execute and coordinate assignments within the Government acquisition process.
• Support warfighter UONs and advise on accelerated test concepts and integration trade‑offs.
• Coordinate and manage multiple contracts and assist with annual funding requirements.
