Job summary

Credence is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support AFLCMC/WAM in the F-16 division, with responsibilities spanning risk and cost management, strategic planning, and White House-level coordination at multiple USAF bases.

The role requires deep DoD program experience, mastery of acquisition processes, and senior leadership engagement with Government and Contractor teams to ensure mission success and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field with extensive DoD program experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with DoD or defense contracting experience.
• Fifteen years of directly related experience with proper certifications, including DoD proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in risk management, cost, schedule, and performance of various software development efforts and report monthly.
• Support warfighter UONs and advise on accelerated test concepts and trade-offs among risk, schedule, performance, and cost.
• Assist with program planning, systems integration, requirements assessment, and program evaluations.
