Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior Program Manager to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, WAM directorate, F-16 division at WPAFB, OH. You will work with Government and contractor teams to guide risk, cost, schedule, and performance across multiple software development efforts.

The role requires DoD/AF program experience, top-secret clearance preferred, and strong briefing skills for executive interactions.

Qualifications

• Senior program manager with DoD/USAF experience is required.
• Clearance: Top Secret is preferred/required.
• Must have advanced program management, cost/schedule control and risk assessment experience.
• Experience with international programs and foreign government requirements is a plus.
• Strong communication and executive-level briefing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in risk management, cost, schedule, and performance of software development efforts.
• Coordinate government-acquisition process assignments and reviews.
• Support warfighter requirements analysis and trade studies for capability trades.
• Report program status to senior staff and leadership.
• Manage multiple contracts and funding requirements across the F-16 program.
