Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks a seasoned FMS Program Manager to support the AFLCMC/WAM directorate at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will oversee planning, execution, and sustainment of F-16 related programs, ensuring compliance with DoD policies and security requirements.

Responsibilities include LOA development, budget tracking, and coordination with multiple USAF bases and international partners.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance or higher.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in a related field; DoD experience preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in DoD or related field; 5+ in DoD program management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize program activities; assess program management concepts and policies.
• Provide support across DoD acquisitions stages: planning, execution, delivery, sustainment, closure.
• Coordinate LOA/AECA processes, risk management, and manpower planning.
• Develop IMS and LOA budgets; prepare estimates and government responses.
• Support coordination with USG agencies, contractors, and foreign governments.
