Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior Program Manager to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/WAM) for the F-16 division at WPAFB, OH. The role focuses on risk, cost, schedule, and performance across software development efforts and major reviews.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance required.
• 10+ years DoD/DoW experience or 12+ years combined experience with related field.
• Master's or Doctorate preferred; Bachelor's with experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in risk management, cost, schedule, and performance of software development in a program mgmt role.
• Coordinate with Government offices, contractors, and higher HQ staff.
• Support UONs, test concepts, and integration efforts across multiple F-16 programs.
• Develop concise program status briefs for senior staff.
• Lead liaison activities between user requirements and engineering teams.
