Job summary

Credence seeks a Senior Program Manager to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center WAM directorate at WPAFB, OH. You will oversee risk, cost, and schedule across multiple software development efforts and coordinate with Government and contractor teams.

The role requires extensive DoD experience and the ability to brief senior leadership. Responsibilities include advancing warfighter capabilities, managing UON support, and ensuring alignment with MNFP and F‑16 program objectives, while

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience in DoD environments.
• Experience supporting USAF or similar large-scale weapons programs.
• Strong understanding of system engineering, cost/schedule management, and risk analysis.
• Proven ability to brief senior government and contractor leadership.
• Experience with international/WMS/foreign government coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in risk management, cost, schedule, and performance of software development efforts and report monthly using PMRT.
• Coordinate assignments within the Government acquisition process and liaise with stakeholders.
• Support warfighter requirements and advise on mission-critical capability trades for F‑16 programs.
• Provide executive-level program briefings to senior staff and interface with multiple organizations.
• Develop concise program status charts and support crisis management activities as needed.
• Assist with strategic planning, systems integration, and funding requirement identification for contracts.
