Job summary

Credence is seeking a senior FMS Program Management Analyst to support AFLCMC/WAM F-16 programs at WPAFB, OH. The role involves planning assessments, evaluating program implications, and coordinating with U.S. and foreign partners to ensure program success.

Responsibilities include preparing LOR/LOA documentation, manpower analysis, and travel support in accordance with AECA/DSCA. A secret clearance and extensive DoD experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active secret clearance is required.
• Master's or Doctoral degree with 10+ years in the DoD or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years in the DoD or related field.
• 15+ years of directly related experience with DoD certifications; 8+ years in DoD.
• Minimum 10 years of admin/analysis support experience; 2 years in a DoD acquisition program; 1 year FMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to one or multiple F-16 FMS programs.
• Plan, organize, complete, and present assessments of PM concepts and procedures.
• Evaluate implications of projects and policies, and recommend improvements.
• Collect and analyze manpower data for existing and new programs.
• Prepare documentation for LORs and LOAs per AECA/DSCA guidance.
• Coordinate with foreign partners and support travel logistics and approvals.
• Prepare briefings, document meetings with US and foreign parties.
• Interact with foreign liaisons on housing, travel, and other issues.
