Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a senior FMS Program Management Analyst to support the AFLCMC/WAM AF F-16 programs at WPAFB, OH. You will provide program management support across multiple FMS programs and coordinate with U.S.

and foreign partners. The role requires active security clearance, DoD acquisition experience, and strong analytical skills to plan, organize, and present assessments, briefings, and travel support.

Qualifications

• Must have at least an active secret clearance.
• Master's or Doctoral Degree in a related field with 10+ years of experience in the respective discipline, five in DoD.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 12+ years of experience, five in DoD.
• Fifteen years of directly related experience with relevant certifications, eight in DoD.
• Minimum ten years of administrative/analysis support experience.
• Two years of DoD acquisition program experience recommended.
• Minimum one year of FMS experience.
• Extensive administrative skills and knowledge of FMS policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to various F-16 FMS programs. The Contractor shall support teams working on one or multiple programs.
• Assist to plan, organize, complete, and present assessments of program/project management concepts, analyses, studies and procedures.
• Assist to evaluate implications of existing or proposed projects, programs, processes, and policies/laws and recommend improvements.
• Assist to collect and analyze manpower data on previous programs and developing new manpower estimates for the new programs.
• Assist with preparation of documentation for LORs and implementation and execution of LOAs IAW the AECA, SAMM/DSCA Manual 5105.38-M DoD acquisition processes.
• Assist to gather, analyze, evaluate, and document information required by program or project managers and foreign customers and provide daily administrative support using FMS policies, AECA and analytical methods.
• Assist in coordination and obtaining approvals from the foreign disclosure office prior to release to foreign partners.
• Assist in preparing briefings and reports, and document meetings, plans, and discussions with U.S. and foreign parties.
• Provide project management assistance for domestic and foreign travel including processing Government travel orders in DTS and coordinating with security and embassy staff.
