Job summary

Credence is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, WAM directorate, F‑16 division at WPAFB, OH. You will interface with Government and Contractor leadership, manage risk, cost, schedule and performance, and guide major reviews and milestones.

The role requires top‑secret clearance, senior program management experience in DoD environments, and deep understanding of USAF weapon systems integration and MNFP/FMS processes.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance required.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with DoD experience.
• Extensive program management experience in defense contracting.
• Experience with F‑16 and USAF program requirements is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in risk management, cost, schedule, and performance reporting for software development efforts.
• Coordinate government and contractor interactions, including major program reviews and decisions.
• Support warfighter requirements analysis and mission-critical capability trades.
• Develop concise program status briefings for senior staff and leadership.
• Assist with international programs and foreign government requirements where applicable.
• Support UON execution and accelerated test concepts to meet operational needs.
