Job summary

Credence is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support AFLCMC/WAM, F-16 division at WPAFB, OH. You will oversee program management activities, risk mitigation, cost/schedule control, and coordination with government and contractor teams across multiple USAF programs.

You will interact with senior leadership, support UONs, and help drive testing, integration, and rapid concept evaluation to meet mission needs, with a Top Secret clearance and advanced degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance required or active
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field, or Bachelor’s with 12+ years of DoD/DoW experience, or 15 years of relevant experience with certifications
• Extensive DoD/USAF acquisition and program management experience, including risk/cops/schedule

Responsibilities

• Assist in risk management, cost, schedule, and performance of software development programs and report monthly using PMRT
• Coordinate with Government and Contractor staff for program reviews and milestones
• Support analysis of warfighter requirements and advise leadership on capability trades
• Develop concise program status briefings for senior staff
• Support integration, testing, and deployment across multiple F-16 and USAF programs
