Job summary

Intelliswift - An LTTS Company is seeking a Program Manager III to plan and execute executive-facing programs, events, offsites, and strategic communications in New York. The role collaborates with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact events and scalable processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in program management or related roles, strong executive writing skills, and experience supporting senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Events Management, Executive Communications, Business Operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing executive events, leadership offsites, or speaking engagements from planning through execution.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Experience building processes, operating cadences, and program frameworks from the ground up.
• Exceptional business writing and executive communication skills.
