Influence VP- and Director-level leaders without direct authority.
Build processes, operating rhythms, and playbooks from scratch.
Strong executive writing: briefings, talking points, run-of-show docs, recap notes.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program management for executive events and engagements, including timelines, content readiness, logistics, and post-event follow-through.
Manage multiple programs concurrently with risk, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain planning cadences and stakeholder reviews.
Produce executive-ready written materials: program updates, briefing docs, run-of-show, talking points, recap notes.
Develop scalable playbooks and repeatable processes for consistent execution and continuous improvement.
