Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Events & Engagement Program Manager (Program Manager III) for a 3-month contract in New York, hybrid with three days onsite. The role runs Dec 14, 2026 to Mar 13, 2027, ~40 hours/week, with event travel as needed. Requires 5–8 years in program management, events, or executive communications.

You will lead executive-facing programs, coordinate across stakeholders, build repeatable operating rhythms, and deliver high‑impact events and communications.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in program management, events, executive communications, or business operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading large events, offsites, or executive speaking engagements end to end.
• Experience building processes and operating rhythms from scratch in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong executive writing skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, action-oriented communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for executive events, offsites, and speaking engagements, including timelines, stakeholder alignment, content readiness, logistics coordination, and post-event follow-through.
• Manage multiple programs simultaneously, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain operating rhythms (planning cadences, weekly updates, decision logs, stakeholder reviews).
• Produce clear, executive-ready written materials (program updates, briefing docs, run-of-show documents, talking points, recap notes).
• Build scalable playbooks and documented processes to enable consistent execution and continuous improvement.
