The role focuses on coordinating web production, technical documentation, and digital marketing efforts across major launches and ongoing updates.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in digital content project management, strong Jira/Confluence skills, and a proven track record in hybrid or Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of digital content project management.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid approaches.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead concurrent workstreams from ideation through launch and post-launch monitoring.
• Manage project lifecycles for major product launches and campaigns.
• Maintain schedules, dependencies, and risk plans to ensure delivery.
• Oversee content workflows for hundreds of articles and guides.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and SMEs to meet brand standards.
• Drive publication in CMS like AEM and optimize content with data.
• Provide transparent status reporting and escalate issues.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Support AI/chatbot content validation and search optimization.
• Bridge communication across technical and non-technical teams.
