Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for executive events, offsites, and speaking engagements, including timelines, stakeholder alignment, content readiness, logistics coordination, and post-event follow-through.
• Manage multiple programs simultaneously, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain operating rhythms (planning cadences, weekly updates, decision logs, stakeholder reviews).
• Produce clear, executive-ready written materials (program updates, briefing docs, run-of-show documents, talking points, recap notes).
• Build scalable playbooks and documented processes to enable consistent execution and continuous improvement.

About the Role

The client is seeking a temporary Program Manager (contract role) to support planning and execution of executive-facing programs, events, offsites, and strategic communications. In this role, you will help drive end-to-end coordination across stakeholders, build operating rhythms and repeatable processes, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams at once.
