Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program Management experience in technical contexts.
• Experience supporting engineering or product organizations.
• Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Strong program tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Exceptional written updates, notes, and decision documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead recurring program operations, including stakeholder meetings, leadership forums, status reviews, and planning cadences.
• Maintain program trackers, action-item logs, decision records, dependencies, and milestone plans.
• Monitor progress against roadmap commitments and identify risks, blockers, and schedule impacts.
• Prepare weekly executive updates and program status reports.
• Coordinate intake and tracking of trust, privacy, security, and risk-related incidents.
• Ensure incidents are assigned ownership, timelines, and follow-through actions.
• Track remediation efforts through closure and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Identify recurring themes and elevate emerging risks appropriately.
