Job summary

Intapp, a leading technology solutions provider, seeks a Client Services Strategy Lead in New York. The role partners with the SVP CS to shape and execute long-term Client Services strategy, translating vision into actionable roadmaps and cross-functional plans.

You will craft executive-ready memos, manage the transformation program, and drive multi-year initiatives across Finance, Legal, Marketing, IT, and Product & Engineering. The ideal candidate has strong PM skills and executive presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in strategic program management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 with ability to create executive-ready presentations and data models.
• Preferred experience with Claude or other generative AI platforms for research and content creation.
• Experience supporting C-suite executives and leading transformation programs.
• Familiarity with project governance tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Service leadership to translate vision into multi-year roadmaps and plans.
• Create and manage executive presentations and Board materials.
• Own and manage the Client Services transformation plan with progress tracking and risk management.
• Develop project charters, milestones, risk mitigation, and decision logs.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Marketing, IT, and Product & Engineering for alignment.
• Lead strategic research, benchmarking, and process design to solve organizational challenges.
• Synthesize data and trends into concise executive memos and recommendations.
• Step in as an agile problem-solver on high-priority projects.
