Centene Corporation is seeking a Program Manager IV to lead enterprise-wide strategic programs and complex cross-functional projects. You will oversee planning, scheduling, and budgeting while coordinating multiple PMs/analysts across operations, finance, and benefits teams.

Expect to develop executive dashboards, deliver progress updates, and craft training materials. MBA/advanced PM credentials preferred; PMP/PgMP is a plus. Requires 8+ years PM experience and U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs to implement enterprise-wide projects.

• Create dashboards for executive updates and reports post-implementation.
• Deliver training and best practices to indirect reports and peers.
• Prepare materials for Program Steering Committees and escalate risks.
• Proactively manage risk, budget, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Escalate issues and communicate solutions clearly.
