Centene Corporation seeks a Program Manager IV to lead the planning and delivery of strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives. You will guide matrixed teams, drive complex integrations, and present executive-level updates to facilitate cross-functional discussions.

The role requires 8+ years in program or project management, with PMP/PgMP preferred, and a bachelor's degree. Salary ranges and benefits support a comprehensive, flexible work environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale cross-functional projects for implementation or process improvement.
• Create meaningful dashboards for executive level updates and project status.
• Prepare and deliver documents for Program Steering Committees to the Executive team.
• Proactively manage risks, budget/forecast, dependencies and strategic opportunities.
• Escalate issues and risks to leadership and develop mitigation plans.
