Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a Program Manager IV to lead enterprise-wide programs, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver complex projects on time and within budget. You will provide executive updates, align cross-functional teams, and enable senior leaders to make informed decisions.

The role requires 8+ years in program management, a related bachelor’s (master’s preferred), and strong MS Office/project management tool skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools required.
• Healthcare experience and/or managed care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cross-functional projects for implementation or process improvement.
• Coordinate work of PMs/analysts across operations, finance, benefits.
• Create dashboards for executive updates and project status.
• Develop and deliver best practice and training materials.
• Prepare documents for Program Steering Committees.
• Proactively manage risk, budget/forecast, dependencies.
• Serve as the first escalation point for issues and risks.
