Centene Corporation seeks a seasoned Program Manager IV to lead strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives across matrixed teams. You will drive scope, schedule, and budget, deliver executive dashboards, and present updates to senior leaders.

You will coordinate PMs/BAs across Operations, Finance, Benefit Operations, and more, ensuring governance, risk, and efficient execution. Requires strong communication, leadership, and training acumen.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PM tools; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and delivery of enterprise-wide strategic programs.
• Create executive-level dashboards and status reports.
• Coordinate multiple project managers and workstreams.
• Develop risk, budget, and schedule management plans.
