You will lead large-scale, cross-functional programs, manage scope, schedule and budget, and deliver executive-level updates to inform strategic decisions. The position requires 8+ years of program or project management experience, with PMP or PgMP preferred.

Healthcare exposure is a plus. You will build governance, dashboards, training materials, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PMP or PgMP preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects including scope, schedule, and budget management.
• Coordinate multiple project managers and business analysts across workstreams.
• Create dashboards and reports for executive updates and analytics post-implementation.
• Develop training materials and share best practices with peers and indirect reports.
• Prepare documents for Steering Committees and escalate risks to leadership.
• Proactively manage risk, budget/forecast, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Serve as escalation point for issues and communicate solutions to executives.
