Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Program Manager IV to lead strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives and manage complex projects from planning to execution. You will provide leadership to matrixed teams, deliver executive-level updates, and ensure delivery of defined requirements aligned with company objectives.

The role requires 8+ years in program management, strong communication with senior leadership, and expertise in coordinating multi-functional workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs including scope, schedule, and budget management.
• Coordinate multiple PMs/BA teams across Operations, Finance, Benefit Operations, etc.
• Create executive dashboards and reports for ongoing analytics post-implementation.
• Develop and deliver training materials and best practices for indirect reports and peers.
• Prepare documents for Program Steering Committees and leadership risk reviews.
• Proactively manage risk, budget/forecast, dependencies, and strategic opportunities.
• Escalate and resolve project issues with effective mitigation plans.
