Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Program Manager IV to lead strategic, enterprise-wide projects from planning through delivery. You will guide matrixed teams, manage scope, schedule and budgets, and deliver executive-level updates with meaningful dashboards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on support for cross-functional initiatives. A PMP/PgMP is preferred, with relevant healthcare experience and a Bachelor's degree as a minimum.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
• Healthcare experience and/or managed care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large scale, cross functional projects for implementation or process improvement.
• Oversee all aspects of program planning, management, and execution (scope, schedule, and budget).
• Create comprehensive timelines and deliverables in line with project management standards.
• Create dashboards for executive level updates and project status.
• Prepare and deliver documents for Program Steering Committees to the Executive team.
• Proactively manage risks, budget/forecast, and dependencies.
