Centene Corporation is seeking a Program Manager IV to lead strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives. You will plan, manage, and execute large-scale projects, guide matrixed teams, and deliver executive-level updates and risk mitigations.

This remote role requires strong PM leadership, cross-functional collaboration across operations, finance, and benefit operations; PMP or PgMP preferred; Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years in program management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred; Master’s degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead large scale, cross functional projects for implementation or process improvement, coordinating with organizational leaders.
• Oversee program planning, management, and execution (scope, schedule, budget) with clear deliverables.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports for ongoing analytics post-implementation.
• Create and deliver training materials to indirect reports and peers with training team support.
• Prepare documents for Program Steering Committees and engage leadership on risks and escalation.
• Proactively manage risk, budget/forecast, dependencies, and strategic opportunity analysis.
• Serve as escalation point for issues; coordinate with project teams to mitigate risks and resolve problems.
