Job summary

Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead Production Programs and Platform Integration across multiple DoD and international platforms. Role involves managing production contracts, customer communications, and ensuring cost/schedule/technical performance.

Onsite in Aberdeen, MD with no relocation support. Ideal candidate has 8+ years leading multi-disciplined teams, experience in defense/aerospace programs, and strong EVMS/IMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience leading multi-disciplined teams and winning contracts.
• PM experience for programs valued up to $25M.
• Experience with DoD/aerospace or OEM programs.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for full lifecycle of programs from inception to delivery and support.
• Chair the Program Management Team to manage contract lifecycle, cost, schedule and performance.
• Serve as the face of the organization to clients and customers.
• Maintain P&L responsibility for a value stream within the business.
