Job summary

RTX (Collins Aerospace) seeks a Sr. Program Manager for the IFF Directorate to lead Production Programs and Platform Integration across DoD and international platforms from Aberdeen, MD.

Onsite role requiring a US security clearance; manages cost, schedule and technical execution with strong customer engagement. Responsibilities include leading PMT, driving program health, and coordinating with customers and management to secure new business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field; or advanced degree with relevant experience.
• Experience leading multi-disciplined teams on defense or aerospace programs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• PM experience for programs valued up to $25M; strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for full lifecycle of products and services from inception to delivery.
• Chair of the Program Management Team (PMT) managing contract lifecycle, costs, schedules, performance.
• Serve as the face of the organization to clients and customers.
• Maintain P&L responsibility for a value stream within a business segment.
