RTX is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead production programs and platform integration across multiple domestic and international platforms. This onsite role is based at Aberdeen, MD, with relocation not provided.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years’ experience leading multi-disciplined teams and winning contracts.
Bachelor’s degree and 10 years’ experience or advanced degree with 7+ years.
U.S. government security clearance eligibility and U.S. citizenship.
PM experience for programs valued up to $25M.
DoD/aerospace experience with DoD/ OEMs and capture/proposals.

Responsibilities

Accountable for full lifecycle of products and services from inception to delivery.
Support new product launch and production start up for Next Generation products.
Chair PMT and manage contract lifecycle, cost, schedule, and performance.
Serve as the face of the organization to clients and maintain relationships.
