Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, seeks an Operations Program Manager to oversee manufacturing operations for a multi-program portfolio at Largo CMC. The role covers lifecycle stages from bid to sustainment and requires liaison with program teams and factory management.

You will manage budgets, EACs, and risk, with strong emphasis on data analytics, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain and EH&S.

Qualifications

• University degree required, with 5+ years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance within 1 year of start date.
• U.S. citizenship required for DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Total program life cycle execution from bid/proposal through development, production, and sustainment.
• Program planning, capacity analysis, schedule management, resource planning, and manufacturing execution.
• Lead process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate material management activities with supply chain.
• Monitor and control budget, EAC development, and risk/opportunity management.
• Interface with internal/external customers at reviews and visits.
