You will stay connected to engineering, remove barriers, and provide technical direction to deliver complex software across programs.

You will recruit talent, shape priorities, and collaborate with government customers while upholding Collins Aerospace processes and best practices for development and delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain an active US DoD security clearance.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams in software development/integration/test.
• Working knowledge of embedded software development with Rust and Python.
