Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, seeks a Senior Program Manager in Marlborough, MA to oversee strategic communications and terminal crypto modernization programs. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive budgets and schedules, and ensure adherence to DoD requirements.

You will establish program plans, engage with customers, and grow the business by delivering effective solutions while maintaining leadership presence across organizational boundaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Extensive leadership experience in government, defense or aerospace programs.
• Experience with Government contracting requirements and DoD processes.
• Proven track record in development and production programs and PM best practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time execution of contracts and proposals; lead cross-functional teams.
• Manage requirements, contract changes and risk mitigation activities.
• Develop program plans, budgets, milestones and performance metrics.
• Collaborate across RTX and subcontractors to drive program success and cost reduction.
