Qualifications

• University degree with 10+ years of experience or advanced degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience leading cross-functional program teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, contracts, and quality.
• Experience applying Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and risk management practices.

Responsibilities
